By bringing the equipment to our service, the customer agrees to repair the equipment at barrier amounts.
If we are successful in repairing the equipment, the customer will be informed by telephone of the cost and whether the equipment can be collected. Of course, accepting the equipment up to the barrier amount does not mean that the customer will pay that much for the repair of their equipment, it could be an amount in the region of 33 € or 55 €. The barrier amount is the maximum amount for which we will repair the equipment, without additional contact with the customer.
Otherwise, if the repair exceeds the barrier amount, the customer will be informed by phone or email of the amount to repair the equipment. If the customer does not agree to the repair of the fault found, he is obliged to pay the cost of the diagnosis in the amount of 14 € (gross).
The cost of the diagnosis is only charged if the repair is cancelled. If the customer agrees to repair their equipment, the cost of the diagnosis is not charged, as well as in the case of repairs to barrier amounts.
